Most delays in a pen needle order come from one missing detail: the gauge and the length written the same way on both sides. This page lists what to send in an enquiry, and the specification of the carton we produce today.
What to send in an enquiry
- Product line — insulin pen needle, disposable insulin syringe, disposable syringe or disposable needle.
- Specification — for pen needles, gauge × length, for example 32G × 4 mm, with the outer diameter (0.23 mm) if you have it.
- Quantity — boxes, cartons or units, and whether the outer carton dimensions matter for your freight.
- Destination — country, and the port or delivery address if it is already fixed.
- Documents — the certificates, test reports or labelling your market requires, so we can confirm what exists before quoting.

The carton lists these five devices, each with the clearance number printed beside it: Autopen (K983974, Owen Mumford), NovoPen Echo (K162602, Novo Nordisk), HumaPen and HumaPen Ergo (K982842, Eli Lilly), HumaPen Luxura (K142518, Eli Lilly) and HumaPen Memoir (K053563, Eli Lilly). For pens outside this list, send the name printed on the pen label and we will confirm the collar before an order is placed.
